Photography Takes Place
Each session is approached with attention to composition, perspective, and controlled lighting. The aim is to represent the space accurately while bringing out the workmanship, materials, and atmosphere.
You Select Your Favourites
After the shoot, you’ll receive a private selection gallery containing the best images from the session. You can choose the photographs that best suit your website, portfolio, social media and other marketing needs.
Your Images Are Delivered
Your final photographs are professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery in both high-resolution and web-ready formats.

Additional Photography Time
Additional photography time is charged at $249 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.
Drone Photography or Videography
Add aerial photography or video footage to show the property, location and scale of the completed project.
$150 per location, per visit
Drone coverage is subject to weather, airspace restrictions and legal operating requirements.
Before Photography
Document the property before work begins and create a clear record of the transformation.

Before-video coverage can be added for an additional $50–$100, depending on the project.

It is greatly appreciated if the footage is credited where it is used, as proper credit helps support my work, and tagging me will give you greater exposure.
Expenses:
Any job-related expenses, for example, parking, will be added to the final invoice.
Non-exclusive License:
The work may be used for the client’s general business promotion and publicity, whether it be in digital or print form. The work must not be shared with any third party without the photographer’s prior written permission. The photographer retains the copyright of the work.
Extended & Exclusive License:
An additional license can be purchased to allow the client more flexibility in the use of the work for $250/company.
Copyright
The photographer owns the copyright and is in charge of who can reproduce the work.
Final Polish
Preparing for Photography
The property should be complete, clean, and photography-ready before the session begins.
This normally means:
- Tools, packaging, and construction materials have been removed
- Surfaces, windows, and mirrors have been cleaned
- Lights are working and matching where possible
- Personal items and visual clutter have been removed
- Landscaping and exterior areas are tidy
- Styling has been completed before the scheduled arrival time
If styling support is required, please discuss this when booking. Photography time should be used to photograph the project, not to finish preparing it.
